C. RUSHAKOFF
Susan Cherin Rushakoff, an associate attorney of the firm, has over 25
years experience. Ms. Rushakoff's particular areas of
emphasis are real estate litigation, insurance coverage litigation, wrongful
discharge litigation and general civil litigation. In addition, Ms.
Rushakoff has experience in the preparation and review of commercial leases.
Ms. Rushakoff also has extensive experience in tracing assets and
analysis of business accounting records, an adjunct to the firm's creditors
rights practice.
Ms. Rushakoff has an MBA degree from the University of San Francisco in
addition to her law degree.
She is a member of the State Bar of California.
