ROBERT
E. WHITE
Robert E. White,
the firm's founder, has over 32 years of legal experience. Mr. White's
particular area of emphasis is general civil litigation, including extensive
experience in the creditors rights field, in addition to appellate work. Mr. White graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Law School (Boalt
Hall) in 1977. He is a former Research Editor of the California Law Review and
was inducted into membership in the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor
society.
He thereafter
clerked for U.S. District Judge Stanley
Weigel before entering private practice. Mr. White was a partner in a midsize San Francisco law firm before establishing
his own firm in 1991. Mr. White founded the firm, in part, to take advantage of
his computer skills and their use to control legal costs through increased
office efficiency and reduced overhead.
Mr. White is
licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in the state of California. He is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada (inactive). He is rated "A/V" in the Martindale-Hubbell
Directory of Attorneys.
